Purchases

If you wish to purchase any products or services available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be required to provide certain information related to your purchase, including but not limited to your credit card number, credit card expiration date, and your address. You acknowledge and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that the information you provide to us is true, accurate, and complete. By providing this information, you grant us the right to share the information with third parties for the purpose of facilitating the completion of purchases. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for specific reasons including, but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in product or service description or pricing, errors in your order, or other reasons. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect fraud or unauthorized or illegal transactions.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing Cycles are set on an annual basis depending on the subscription plan you select when purchasing the subscription. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same terms unless you cancel it or Aurmenu cancels it. You can cancel the renewal of your Subscription either through your online account management page or by contacting Aurmenu’s customer support team. A valid payment method, including a credit card, is required to process payment for your Subscription. You must provide Aurmenu with accurate and complete billing information including your full name, address, city, postal code, phone number, and valid payment details. By providing this payment information, you authorize Aurmenu to automatically charge all subscription fees incurred through your account to any of these payment methods. If automatic billing fails for any reason, Aurmenu will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must manually proceed, by a specified deadline, with full payment corresponding to the Billing Cycle as stated in the invoice.

Changes to Fees

Aurmenu may, at its sole discretion and at any time, modify subscription fees for subscriptions. Any change in subscription fees will become effective at the end of the current Billing Cycle at that time. Aurmenu will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in subscription fees to give you an opportunity to cancel or decide whether to continue your subscription before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the subscription fee change goes into effect constitutes your acceptance of the

modified subscription fee.

Refunds/Refund Policy for Services and Packages

Aurmenu allows customers the right to a refund for services (main package – in-store languages – in-store orders feature – in-store lists) that were paid for within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, you must contact customer support or send an email from the same email address registered with us.

Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and make available certain information, including but not limited to, text, graphics, videos, or other materials (“Content”). You are responsible for the Content you post on the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By posting Content on the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service for marketing and promotional purposes. You retain any and all rights you hold in any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service, and you are responsible for protecting those rights. You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Content or have the right to use and grant us the rights and license as set forth in these Terms of Service, and (ii) your posting of Content on or through the Service does not violate any privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright, contract rights, or any other rights of any person. We may, but are not obligated to, remove accounts and Content that we deem to be illegal, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We will remove Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any party or violates these Terms of Service. Any account terminated by Aurmenu for any reason will not be backed up and will

be immediately deleted from our servers.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate termination of your account with our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any other party. You should notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any security breaches or unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided content), features, and functions will remain the exclusive property of Aurmenu and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except as expressly authorized by Aurmenu, you may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service.

Termination and Cancellation

We may cancel or suspend your account immediately without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. In the event of termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and you will lose all data related to your account.
